Delicious smoothie recipe

The other morning I was experimenting in the kitchen, looking for a healthy, quick breakfast I could easily take in before my workout. I managed to create something I really like. It's now my new favorite pre-workout smoothie. To make it, put the following ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth:

3/4 cup crushed ice
2 bananas
6 ounces of low fat yogurt
2 cups orange juice
1 cup acai berry juice
1 Tbs honey
